Acquired Collective

I recently stumbled across this lot:

The Acquired Collective aim to gather up artists and designers to collaborate and ultimately remix found objects into art pieces. Its early days for the group but it looks promising.

My own piece is above. Its a postcard from the seventies from the seaside location of Filey. I loved the strong graphic lines so I thought I would collage it to make the most of the design. I hope the collective like it… If so I think  it will end up on their blog in the near future. Most of all I hope the group is successful as it was so much fun to do!
